Weather Policy

Your safety and enjoyment are our top priorities

Event Cancellations

We monitor weather conditions closely and prioritize the safety of all guests. Events may be cancelled or postponed due to severe weather including heavy rain, lightning, high winds, or extreme temperatures.

Rescheduling Options

If your event is cancelled due to weather, we will work with you to reschedule at no additional charge. Alternative dates are subject to availability. We recommend booking early to ensure your preferred date.

Refunds

All rentals require a 50% non refundable deposit Any cancellations will result in a credit that is valid for one year

Weather Updates

KBC requires a 50% non-refundable deposit. If weather predicts unsafe conditions— such as high winds or heavy rain, you have the option to reschedule to another available date. We will notify you as soon as possible if weather conditions require cancellation or changes to your event. Notifications will be sent via email and phone at least 48 hours before your scheduled event time when possible. If you choose to cancel due to weather conditions, it is recommended that you do so 48 hours before your scheduled event.

Important: Please check your email and phone for weather updates on the day of your event. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility.
